Ross Welch is the Executive Director at Arcata Economic Development Corporation (AEDC). He is responsible for securing and administering public and private financing, grants and contracts. The Humboldt Science Fair is a week-long event held at Humboldt State University celebrating excellence in science for students in 4th grade through high school.
